Jose graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics. He bought his first property in 2002 and continued buying real estate thereafter. He then gained valuable experience in remodeling homes, flipping properties, and built a rental portfolio. Buying real estate transformed into a hobby for Jose. Eventually, friends and family began to seek Jose for real estate advice and guidance. Thus, he decided to get his real estate license and his real estate career began in 2008.

After 13 years of helping buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate needs, Jose decided to open his own real estate company. He understands how important it is to find the perfect place to call home for his buyers, and how important it is to find the right buyer for the home you are selling.

Jose continues his passion of helping families land their dream home or upgrade to the next level. His clients’ best interest is always his number one priority. Equally important to Jose is building everlasting relationships with his clients.

When he is not working, Jose also enjoys jogs along the beach, hiking, reading a good book, and spending time with his family and friends.
